27 Reunión - 13/04/2012
Repartimos un texto sobre las diferentes formas de practicar la respiración y, posteriormente, las realizamos
Insistimos en que estos ejercicios solamente son efectivos si se realizan diariamente hasta conseguir el hábito.
También entregamos el capítulo 6 "la aparición de la vida" del libro de R. Clarke, con su cuestionario correspondiente para trabajo del alumno.

Realizamos una serie de ejercicios de relajación dirigidos por el alumno Julio Santana, participante de este grupo y conocedor de los métodos que nos servirán a los demás para ponerlos en práctica.

24 Reunión - 24/02/2012
Con el fin de vivir un rato de relax, dentro de un medio, por su naturaleza tenso, proponemos a los participantes el juego de "los hombres lobos de Castroverde", explicándoles las normas y los objetivos que, en resumen, podemos decir que los distintos personajes de una aldea imaginaria, reflejados en unos naipes, deben descubrir a los 2 lobos que cada noche van eliminando a los campesinos.
Realizamos un par de juegos para entender su dinámica y, dado el éxito que tiene, se propone volver a realizarlo en una próxima reunión que fijamos para el viernes siguiente.

In order to live a relaxing time, we propose a game of "Werewolves of Castroverde", explaining the rules and objectives, in summary, we can say that different characters live in an imaginary village, reflected in a deck of cards, and they must discover the 2 wolves which every night are eating the peasants.
We did a couple of games to understand its dynamics and, because the success it had, we propose new ganes for the next meeting.

Charla - Coloquio realizada por el prior del Monasterio Benedicto de Samos que amablemente accedió a nuestra invitación. En la charla, dialogamos del rol de las diferentes religiones y cómo analizan la violencia en cada una de ellas.

Proyectamos dos vídeos del doctor Deepak Chopra: “El poder del pensamiento” y “Tu energía interior”.
Entregamos el quinto capítulo del libro de R. Clarke: “La flecha del tiempo”, con su cuestionario para presentar y debatir en la convocatoria próxima.

Proyectamos la película “Fantasía” de Walt Disney y entregamos el capítulo 6 del libro de Clarke con un cuestionario adjunto

Vemos el documental emitido por el canal 6 de televisión, en su programa “La sexta columna”, “Yo pago, tu pagas… ¿quién se lo lleva?”, sobre la crisis económica, emitido el 24-01-2012.
A continuación vemos 3 conferencias de Ignacio Ramonet, tratando el mismo tema.

We projected two videos of Dr. Deepak Chopra: "The power of thought" and "Your inner energy."
We delivered the fifth chapter of R. Clarke: "The arrow of time" with a questionnaire in order to present and discuss in the next meeting.
21 meeting: 01/20/2012
We projected the Walt Disney’s movie "Fantasy" and delivered the 6 chapter of Clarke's book with a questionnaire
22 meeting: 03/02/2012
We saw the documentary broadcast on 6 channel TV in its program "The sixth column," "I pay, you pay ... who takes it?" about the economic crisis, issued on 24.01.2012.
After it we saw 3 conferences of Ignacio Ramonet, about the same subject.

Reuniones con el grupo de trabajo de Monterroso
14 reunión: 11-10-2011
Se establece un coloquio para contrastar los distintos puntos de vista de la reflexión personal que cada miembro ha hecho sobre el tema de la sesión anterior titulada "frases para reflexionar". Al final de la sesión, se les entrega otra serie de frases de humor que también conllevan su reflexión y puesta en común para la siguiente sesión.
15 reunión: 21-10-2011
Se trata de realizar una sesión de "risoterapia" comentando frases de la sesión anterior, con anécdotas, chistes, etc.
16 reunión: 08-11-2011
Entregamos una sinopsis del primer capítulo del libro de Robert Clarke "Nuevos enigmas del universo", titulado "¿Qué es la realidad?". Leemos el capítulo completo para una mejor comprensión y así poder contestar el cuestionario. Proyectamos los sigueintes vídeos: "Cerebro y física", "Tu mente inmortal" y "Alma y física". Al final se les entrega el resumen del segundo capítulo del citado libro ("una descripción de la realidad: la física cuántica")para su lectura y contestación del cuestionario. Ambos capítulos y sus cuestiones se pondrán en común en la próxima sesión. Grabamos parte de la sesión en vídeo.
17 reunión: 18-11-2011
Proyectamos el documental "¿y tú qué sabes?", que trata sobre los temas que estamos comentando del libro de R. Clarke. Al final entregamos el tercer capítulo del citado libro: "el caos y el azar"
18 reunión: 22-11-2011
Se emite la segunda parte del documental "¿y tú qué sabes?", dejando para el próximo encuentro el coloquio y la puesta en común de las reflexiones realizadas con los cuestionarios entregados junto a los textos.
19 reunión: 25-11-2011
Coloquio sobre las actividades realizadas en las sesiones anteriores.

We realized a conference in order to contrast the different points of view of the personal reflections that each member has done on the subject of the previous session entitled "phrases to reflect". At the end of the session, we gave them another set of sentences of humor that also involve reflection and sharing for the next session
15th meeting: 10/21/2011
We did a session of "laughter therapy" commenting phrases from the previous session, with anecdotes, jokes, etc..
16th meeting: 08-11-2011
We delivered them a synopsis of the first chapter of Robert Clarke's book "New Riddle of the Universe", entitled "What is reality?". We read the whole chapter for better understanding and so they can answer the survey. We projected the following videos: "Brain and physics," "Your immortal mind" and "Soul and physics." At the end we gave them a summary of the second chapter of that book ("a description of reality, quantum physics") for reading and answering the quiz. Both chapters and their questions were put together in the next session. Part of the session was recorded on video.

We projected the documentary "what do you know?" about the issues we are discussing of the book of R. Clarke. At the end, we delivered them the third chapter of that book titled: "chaos and chance"

Meeting in Spain - Reunión en España
Durante los días 23 al 28 de septiembre, celebramos la tercera reunión del proyecto Grundtvig "No más lágrimas".
Los socios del proyecto pudimos poner en común el trabajo realizado hasta la fecha, compartir la cultura y gastronomía de la región, siempre con la colaboración de las autoridades educativas, locales y penitenciarias.
Como una imagen es siempre mejor que cien palabras, aquí dejamos algunos de los momentos más representativos.
During days 23th to 28th September, we celebrate the third meeting of Grundtvig project "No more tears."
The project partners were able to share the work realized in every country, to share the culture and cuisine of the region, always in collaboration with education, local and prison authorities.
As a picture is always better than a thousand words, here we are some of the most representative moments of our meeting.
